#66 Pack 'n Play

Now that we have one niece and another one on the way Jonathan and I wanted to get the pack and play from Grandma's basement. Yes, this was silly to put on the list but it makes me feel better to get some of it done! A few nice and easy ones. Plus, I do not know how many times we forgot to grab it. I will add a picture when I have a cute one of someone sleeping in it of playing in it.

#46 House Numbers

Grandma got really cool house numbers last summer that are solar powered and you could not see them from the road. So, she passed them along to us. They look great! Thanks Grandma!

#40 Fix the Van!!!!

Okay this one makes me sooooo happy! I had been without my van for 2 1/2 months and we really did not know that to do. With me not working it really did not need to be fixed but I hated being home without a car everyday. Mom and Grandma where great about coming to get Tanner and I when ever we needed to go somewhere but it still sucked. So, one weekend Jonathan replaced the fuel filter and pump and now it is back on the road! Yippy and Tanner and I have been having a lot more fun this summer! Thanks mom for your help and Jonathan for your hard work!

#38 Go to the Circus

Grandma Hice took us to see the circus in Hastings. It was a small circus but it was still a circus and this is something that Tanner had been wanting to do. I think that we will try and see a better circus because Tanner's favorite part was the elephant pooping. Why is it where ever we go we see an animal poop and Tanner thinks it is so funny. He is such a little boy.He also, got to ride an elephant! A nice surprise was when we got there we found some friends and were able to sit by them.

#37 Go to a Museum

We had a fun day as a family and went some place new with Tanner! We went to the Gerald R Ford Museum. We were only there for about an hour and Tanner started to get board but, we thought that it would be good to induce him to a different style of a museum. I hope also before the month is over that we also make it to the Grand Rapids Art Museum!
Well yet again it has been a few weeks and I find it funny that I have to go through my camera to remember all of the stuff that we have done from the last update. One of the things that we did was have a stay at home vacation day. We had a lot of fun! We went to the Gerald R Ford Museum (thanks to the membership to the children's museum we got in free), and then spent the night in grand Haven where we played at the beach with Derek and Robin and then watched the music fountain. It really was a great day and the best part was everything that we did was free. Tanner was also in his first parade. He was in the Caledonia 4th of July Parade. Later that night we watched the fireworks and had a little birthday party for Jonathan! Just a side note ice cream cake is not a good idea when it is in the 80's oh well live and learn. We also had a fun day at the zoo with Nett Nett. Tanner woke up one morning and we were talking about what we wanted to do for the day and he said "I got it call Nett Nett and she will come to the zoo!" So, that is what we did. On the 4th of July we went tubing with Dad, Lori, Chelsea, Zach, Cam, Kaitlyn, Casey and Chase. It was a blast. The only bad part is Jonathan got burnt pretty bad. Well that is really about it for the update. Chelsea's Baby Shower is this weekend so I have been spending my time getting ready for that and I think that it is all going to turn out very nice! Plus, I get to helpers to help me set up. Thanks Brynn and Brett! I'm sure we will have fun getting everything ready!
